Supetar is a small town and a ferry port of the island of Brac, very well connected with Split on the mainland. That makes it a favourite summer destination for day trips for residents of Split and their guests as well. It is also very popular for longer stays since it has an excellent accommodation (hotel and private) offer, sports facilities and great long beaches shaded by old pine trees. There are many cultural and entertainment programs during the season and a wide range of sport facilities.
